A climate campus, wellness complex, and biophilic learning center — 224 NE 59th Street, Little Haiti, Miami.
“A multi-purpose, climate-forward facility focused on the regenerative futures of culture, community, and the natural environment.”Our Manifesto
The Climate + Innovation HUB is a 2-acre climate campus, wellness complex, and biophilic learning center — adaptively repurposed from an abandoned warehouse — with a 15,000 SF outdoor oasis.
Powered by 209 solar panels generating up to 62.7 kWh, we’re demonstrating how regenerative placemaking revitalizes both buildings and communities. More than a workspace — an ecosystem designed for innovators, entrepreneurs, start-ups and storytellers.
Fully furnished co-working and private offices with access to communal amenities, meeting rooms, and a podcast studio.
A fully-equipped, plug-and-play production studio. Multi-cam, broadcast audio, and comfortable seating for up to eight guests. Bring your show — we’ve got the gear.
Integrating natural elements, patterns, and processes into the built environment to deepen human connection with nature and enhance psychological and physical well-being.
A global framework for regenerative development. By applying the Regenerative Placemaking Framework to the HUB, we demonstrate how innovative ESG strategies generate outsized returns while revitalizing local communities.
A 15,000 SF outdoor oasis with pollinator habitat and community plots — bringing food, biodiversity, and ecological learning into the workday.
209 rooftop panels generating up to 62.7 kWh of sustainable energy, offsetting campus operations and pushing toward net-zero.
Showcasing and testing emerging sustainable materials and prototyped solutions designed to enhance the resilience and adaptive capacity of buildings, coastlines, and infrastructure in the face of climate risk.
EcoSystems Thinking is the lens through which we approach regenerative placemaking. It’s the understanding that all systems—ecological, social, economic, cultural—are profoundly interconnected. Without it, placemaking remains isolated and extractive. With it, every decision regenerates rather than depletes.
