The Climate + Innovation HUB is a 2-acre climate campus, wellness complex, and biophilic learning center — adaptively repurposed from an abandoned warehouse — with a 15,000 SF outdoor oasis.
Powered by 209 solar panels generating up to 62.7 kWh, we’re demonstrating how regenerative placemaking revitalizes both buildings and communities. More than a workspace — an ecosystem designed for innovators, entrepreneurs, start-ups and storytellers.

EcoSystems Thinking is the lens through which we approach regenerative placemaking. It’s the understanding that all systems—ecological, social, economic, cultural—are profoundly interconnected. Without it, placemaking remains isolated and extractive. With it, every decision regenerates rather than depletes.
