This is a hands-on leadership and operational role at the center of Miami's regenerative, wellness, and innovation ecosystem. You will work directly with pioneering founders, investors, partners, and visionaries shaping the future of cities.

You'll work with Tony Cho and be the person who runs the room where founders, investors, city leaders and partners meet: the FoC HUB, ChoZen, and the events and speaking circuit around them. You'll build relationships most people spend years trying to access, and you'll own how the HUB feels to everyone who walks in.

About us

Future of Cities is a regenerative placemaking platform founded by Tony Cho. Its home is the FoC Climate & Innovation HUB in Miami's Little Haiti — a campus for climate, culture and innovation that houses office tenants, a co-working community of founders and operators, an event space, podcast studio, padel court, spa, gym, and the Cho Ventures family office.

The HUB is becoming the front door to Future of Cities, Cho Ventures, and our broader ecosystem. We are looking for the person who leads and operates that front door: someone who keeps the building running beautifully, knows everyone who walks through it, and turns a well-run space into a community, leasing engine and business-development pipeline.

The Role

The on-the-ground face of the HUB

You are the operational right hand to Tony and the executive team. You own the daily experience of the space: how it looks, how it runs, how guests are greeted, how events land, and how tenants, co-working members and partners feel about being here.

You are equally comfortable resetting a conference room, walking a prospective tenant or member through a tour, running point on a 120-person evening activation, and ensuring a founder's follow-up is logged and underway before the elevator doors close.

This is a hands-on operating and hospitality role — not a senior operating-partner or strategy seat. It suits someone charismatic, unflappable and genuinely go-getting: flexible about what the day asks for, precise about follow-through, technology-native, and energized by being the person everyone relies on.

Responsibilities

What you'll own

1. Hub & Office Operations

Open and close the HUB daily; set the standard for a polished, clean, welcoming environment across the lobby, offices, co-working areas, conference rooms, event space, podcast studio, and the campus amenities — padel court, spa and gym.
Run meeting readiness end to end: room setup and reset, A/V and conferencing checks, refreshments, signage and turnover between bookings.
Manage the podcast room as a bookable asset — scheduling, guest arrival, equipment readiness, and coordination with the production team.
Own office hospitality and supplies: coffee, kitchen, pantry, print and desk supplies, plants and common-area presentation, with a monthly budget you track.
Coordinate with property management, building engineering, cleaning, security and vendors; log and resolve maintenance issues before anyone else notices them.
Maintain access control, keys and visitor protocols; keep an accurate roster of who is in the building and who should be.
Keep the padel court, spa and gym areas in ready condition: cleanliness, equipment checks, supplies, signage, and vendor or service coordination.
Co-create the campus rules and regulations with Tony and the executive team — amenity usage and booking, guest policy, noise and shared-space etiquette, hours, safety — then maintain them as the campus evolves and enforce them consistently and diplomatically.
Build and maintain simple written systems — opening and closing checklists, event run-of-show templates, vendor contacts, room and amenity booking rules — so the HUB runs consistently whether or not you are in the room.

2. Tenants, Co-working Members & Community

Serve as the single point of contact for office tenants and co-working members: onboarding, day-to-day requests, issue resolution, and a warm handoff to the right person when something is outside your scope.
Greet and host every guest — founders, investors, partners, press, family-office visitors — so that the first ninety seconds in the building are consistently excellent.
Be the point of contact for tenants and members on amenity usage — the padel court, spa and gym: bookings and scheduling, access, guest rules, fair use, and resolving the conflicts that come with shared facilities.
Hold the line on campus rules and regulations with warmth — people should leave a difficult conversation with you feeling well treated and clear on the standard.
Give tours and support membership growth: qualify interest, present the offer, follow up, and shepherd new members through onboarding.
Support HQ office lease-up: qualify prospective tenants, coordinate inquiries, tours and walkthroughs, maintain leasing follow-up, and route opportunities to the appropriate senior team member.
Steward the community deliberately: make introductions between members, notice who should meet whom, and keep the quality of the room as high as its size.
Keep member records, agreements and renewals current, and surface retention risks early.

3. Events & Special Programming

Help produce the HUB calendar: salons, founder gatherings, member dinners, partner activations, wellness and community programming, and signature events.
Run event logistics end to end — space planning, vendors, catering, A/V, staffing, load-in and load-out, permits and insurance certificates where required.
Manage external event rentals of the space as a revenue line: inquiries, walkthroughs, quotes, contracts and delivery.
Treat every event as a community and pipeline engine: guest list curation, check-in and capture, content capture for social, and structured follow-up afterward.
Coordinate with the marketing team on invitations, promotion and post-event assets.

4. Executive & Family Office Support

Provide on-the-ground support to Tony: meeting preparation and materials, guest coordination, scheduling support in partnership with the Chief of Staff, logistics, errands, and reliable follow-through on action items.
Support the executive team and the Cho Ventures family office with day-to-day administration — documents, filing, expense capture, courier and notary runs, and vendor coordination.
Accompany Tony at select events when useful: managing introductions, capturing content for social media, and ensuring relationship follow-up actually happens.
Help maintain visibility around speaking engagements, projects and partnerships — briefing documents in, follow-ups out.
Protect the calendar and the environment around it: anticipate what a day needs before it starts.

5. Business Development & Growth

Capture and track leads generated through tours, memberships, HQ leasing, events and the co-working community; keep the CRM clean and current. Log all leads, tours, membership inquiries, leasing prospects and follow-ups in the CRM the same day. Complete tour and inbound-interest follow-up within 24 hours.
Identify synergies between HUB members, Future of Cities initiatives, ChoZen, investment opportunities and the events calendar — and route them to the right person.
Source and support partnerships and sponsorships that serve the community and the space.
Report weekly on occupancy, membership pipeline, leasing pipeline, event bookings, leads and follow-up status.

Milestones

What success looks like

First 30 days

The building runs on your checklists: opening, closing, room turnover and supplies are handled without prompting.
You know every tenant, co-working member and recurring guest by name, and they know to come to you.
A current inventory exists of vendors, contracts, access credentials, room inventory and recurring costs.

First 60 days

The event, podcast room and amenity calendar is organized, bookable and being actively filled.
A first draft of the campus rules and regulations is written with the team and circulating with tenants and members.
You are running point on at least one HUB event end to end.
Tour-to-member conversion is being tracked, with follow-up happening within 24 hours every time.

First 90 days

Membership and space occupancy are measurably up, with a pipeline you can speak to from memory.
Tony's on-site day is meaningfully lighter — guests handled, materials ready, follow-ups closed.
The HUB has a rhythm: a recurring programming calendar people plan around.

Requirements

Who you are

Charismatic and polished. You are the kind of host who makes a room feel taken care of, and you are comfortable representing Tony and Future of Cities with senior guests, investors and founders.
Proactive to a fault. You see what needs doing and do it. You do not wait to be assigned work, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
Highly organized. Checklists, calendars, budgets and follow-ups are second nature; you build the system rather than carrying it in your head.
Flexible and grounded. A day may include a plumbing issue, a VIP walk-in, a 60-person setup and a last-minute errand. You handle all four without losing your composure or your standards.
Business-minded. You recognize a revenue or partnership opportunity when it walks in, and you follow through on it.
Experienced. 3+ years in community management, co-working or hospitality operations, events, executive support, real estate, wellness or entrepreneurship — or an unusually convincing mix.
Technology-native. Energized by AI, automation and systems improvement; able to use Google Workspace, a CRM, booking and event platforms, basic A/V, and modern tools to reduce busywork, maintain clean data and improve operational follow-through.
Fully bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal — you move between both comfortably with tenants, members, guests and vendors. This is a requirement, not a preference.
Miami-based and fully in-person. On-site Monday through Friday (9 AM–6 PM); this is strictly an in-person position, not a remote role. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend events and business-development opportunities, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for errands and off-site support.
A plus: an existing Miami network across climate, real estate, art and culture, wellness or tech; social media and content-capture ability; genuine interest in regenerative placemaking and sustainability.
